What this is and is not
- This is a simulation-only pilot with fixed, prewritten guidance.
- This is not a medical chatbot and gives no diagnosis, medication advice, or care-plan authorization.
- No artificial intelligence and no open-ended answers are used.
- It never replaces your supervisor, the nurse, your agency policy, or 911.
Pilot boundaries
- Immediate danger: call 911 first. Otherwise, pause and contact the supervising nurse or agency supervisor.
- Scope: the agency-approved care plan, worker role, training, and policies always control.
- Privacy: never enter names, addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, photos, medication lists, record numbers, audio, or other client details into Vrenara.
- Documentation: use only the agency-approved clinical, EVV, or incident record; Vrenara does not collect the client note.
